Answer: Certified Academic Language Therapists help individuals understand and effectively use the various components of the English language, such as phonology, morphology, syntax, semantics, pragmatics, and orthography. This foundational knowledge supports age-appropriate development in both oral and written communication, including reading accuracy, fluency, comprehension, spelling, and written expression
